End of May
It is hard to believe that June starts tomorrow... where has May gone?!. As I look back over the blur of May and look forward to what is ahead in June and July, I kind of want to cry. There are a lot of things already pencilled in on the calendar. Many fun things like visiting with family, summer camps and such, yet that first word of this sentence is what may make the summer move too quickly. Meanwhile, here is a semi-out-of-order glance at the past several days beginning with a random picture of something you (or at least I) don't see everyday... urban cowboys, it appears, riding horses from a gas station down a highway.... We were headed, when we caught that sight, on our way to an IDC elder retreat in the Outer Banks. A timely get away and such a blessing. Here is a view of the Currituck Sound from our bedroom.
